Our company's medical molecular sieve oxygen production system models are as follows:ntyo-5,ntyo-10,ntyo-20,ntyo-30,ntyo-50,ntyo-60,ntyo-80,ntyo-100,ntyo-120,ntyo-150.Its outstanding advantages are:oxygen purity≥93%±3%,low energy consumption,small footprint,compact structure,flexible operation,stable and stable product gas purity.The equipment is elaborately developed by using the principle of pressure swing adsorption of molecular sieve,and the high-quality oxygen production molecular sieve is used as the adsorbent to directly separate the oxygen from the air at room temperature.Compressed air that has been dried and purified.Nitrogen,carbon dioxide and water in the air are absorbed into the solid phase of the zeolite,while oxygen is enriched and output in the gas phase due to its small adsorption capacity.When the adsorbent adsorption reaches saturation,the pressure is reduced to desorption and regeneration of zeolite molecular sieve,so that zeolite molecular sieve can be reused.The system is equipped with two adsorption towers,one for oxygen production by adsorption,and the other for desorption and regeneration.
